One Pan Two Plates

We of course call this "Two Plates One Pan" in my house. I've used a handful of these recipes dozens of times, but they're all good. They're all a complete meal for two and have suggested additions and wine pairings for each recipe. Chicken stew w olives, salmon with cauliflower risotto, orange beef stir fry. There's a vegetarian version of the book that's good too.
