“I almost never listen to my books but come on. A memoir. By Lena Dunham. Read in her actual own voice? It’s a no brainer. With all these years of retrospect I am firmly convinced that she is the voice of her/my generation. It’s all that much more magical that she wrote that line before we really knew how true it would be. Also, I listened to this while walking around Paris on a springtime solo vac”

“Oversharers REJOICE! Famesick is beautifully written: vulnerable, self-aware, and funny. A great read for any woman who’s spent her entire life being told she’s “too much.” Beyond her raw telling of what followed her success... the LORE! She spared no detail. Lena has gone through so much, we’re lucky she’s still with us, still writing, and still letting us into her world. Thank you, @Lena Dunham”

“A Famesick velvet Mary Jane (fortune favors the bold, since hot pink piping knocks 40 euros off.)”
