Been holding out on taking the plunge on the classic Moccamaster because it just seemed there had to be a better alternative than all that black plastic on a drip; here she is! Stainless steel and glass with a heated carafe.

You’re gonna love all the sparkling water espresso drinks out there this summer!! Americano spritz (classic) Greyhound (add grapefruit - any citrus, orange, lime, or lemon all work really well too from a bit of garnish to syrup or juice), snowy plover with whip cream on top, or rhubarb/strawberry with sparkling water and espresso is incredible, my local cafe did that last summer.

This thing is beautiful, but I’ve heard the coffee it makes isn’t quite at Moccamaster level… maybe still worth it.

Been using a Chemex for over a decade bc I can’t with the plastic and parts I can’t see to clean. But my muscles are not what they used to be. Solution is either more strength training or buy something like this…
