Edmund de Waal in Conversation with Josh Kun @ the Huntington

De Waal is one of the most poetic artists and writers I can think of making slow, modest, supremely quiet work amidst the break-neck pace of the art and publishing world. His year-long project at the Huntington includes site-specific installations exploring memory, cultural exchange, and “the movement of ideas through porcelain and place.”
