Is it bougie? Sure. Will most people be over 65? Probably. Is it worth it? Yes - if you are in or near any kind of mid-size (and definitely in any big) city, there will be some sort of classical music happening for free around you.
Even if you think you don't like classical music, check it out! The acoustics will surprise you, you'll discover instruments in a way you didn't know before - and if you're really not into it, hey, it was free and you never need to go back.
Some ways to find free classical music:
google "free classical music + [your city]"
check out local churches for organ music and choir concerts
look for community chamber groups or orchestras
if your city has a professional symphony or opera house, or a music school, check out their website! Many often offer free concerts of their students or junior members, as well as summer outdoor events
