My dear friend Tabitha calls the thing I (medically have to) do where I lie in bed with a sleep mask and a heat pack and an audiobook “going princess mode,” and I feel so glad I have that term instead of bed rotting. So glamorous! So euphemistic! So historically inaccurate! Yay!
