Unsuccessful anti-rat propaganda
Recommended by Lida Richardson
These ads are so funny to me. Why would they make it sound so cute?? They’re literally telling me my trash can is creating a Ratatouille situation and they expect me to put a stop to it?? Now I’m picturing a rat putting a napkin on its lap and sitting down to a five course meal. I love rats (even though I don’t want them in my apartment) and the NYC department of sanitation will NOT turn me against them.
(But obviously I close the trash can lid)

All I see is a tiny rat sitting in a tiny chair in a tiny restaurant eating trash and drinking a tiny glass of wine. With the lady and the tramp music playing.
