Give me a book recommendation that is NOT harrowing, devastating, or heartbreaking. The world is too sad already. Any genre! Although I tried the fairy porn and it isn’t really for me.

Funny, sexy, weird, and ultimately very optimistic. A total delight.

Love this rec - one of the wildest books I’ve ever read. At times had me yelling at the narrator and other times clutching my pearls.

She’s so funny. Also let me know if you ever want help navigating the fairy porn. I am unfortunately an expert.

😂 can you give me a rec that isn’t Sarah Maas. Her writing bugged me - gave ACOTAR 3 books but ultimately just googled the ending.

“I expected to find this book perverse based on what I had heard, but I didn't experience it that way at all. A really beautiful love story. Love for the flawed self, for lovers, friends, heartache, kids, pain. Just a very special read.”

“Across four parts, Miranda July catalogs aging and agency, mothering and friendship, desire and dancing, love and romance, fame and celebrity. At the heart of the story is a woman reorienting herself in middle age, looking closer and, in turn, asking to be seen.
