I took a yoga class in college that was three hours long, once a week, and it always involved a series of hisses while shaking your head from one side to the other - it was part or a whole series of facial yoga moves, loved the whole series

My husband and I hiss at each other in a teasing way to let the other person know they are being a little rude ;) our best friends in Canada did it first and it’s a great way to cut the tension.
