SUGARFISH

Okay, hear me out, it’s basic and not unique to NY but I sat at the bar and had a fab meal. I did have a thought that SUGARFISH is the fast food of sushi in a way. It tastes the exact same every time and for the trust me, the price isn’t offensive. Why does it kind of taste like dessert? I feel so gluttonous eating it but in the best way!
