in the last few months, i’ve tried to institute the weekly tradition of “Pizza Friday”. it’s when you eat pizza on Friday nights to welcome the start of the weekend. we’ve had tavern-style, New York slices, pan pizza, high-brow, low-brow, Neapolitan, and Detroit-style. we also make pizza at home. i look forward to it every week. pizza just tastes better on Friday!!
