The importance of self care
I believe that self care is underrated. Take time to look after yourself, recharge and be mentally quiet is an essential element in life. My favorite place to do it is the Korean spa. I go to Olympic Spa in Los Angeles. I soak, steam, scrub, sauna and massage, then leave feeling completely rejuvenated.
