Emma M Lion books
I am not an audiobook gal, but these books HIT THE SPOT if you need a soundtrack for a fall walk, a kitchen deep clean, or a bedtime story to fall asleep to. (Though - taking recs for how to find my place in an audio book when I've fallen asleep to it?)

“This whole series is about hope! And how to live in the midst of struggle. It’s a very funny and light read (really really enjoyable) but has a lot of depth to it. (Also, as an aside, traditionally a “comedy” is a story that has a “U” shape: the protagonist starts somewhere, is brought low and then rises back up at the end, sometimes even beyond where they started. Might help expand your search in”

“The review I read said it’s like Jane Austen x Gilmore Girls and that holds up!”
