Bag Balm
If it's good enough for chapped cow udders, it's good enough for my chapped lips. 😂 But seriously, I've been using this since I was in high school and it does the trick every time. Available in big tins, mini tins, and actual lip balm tubes (I prefer the tins -- esthetically pleasing and easier to use varying amounts in case you've got some dry, rough skin, etc.). Plus, shout out for being made in New England!
