Cacio e Pepe at Altro Paradiso

Finding good Cacio e Pepe is a challenge outside of Italy. I’ve had some truly aweful ones at places I can’t even remember the name of. Altro is really good and really consistent. It’s hard to get anything else on the menu when you know the Cacio is good.

It’s near my office and a consistently good after work drinks spot when you and the coworkers want to feel fancy. It’s a hot spot but also well established enough at this point that it isn’t impossible to get a table.
