Keeper Coffee

Wonderful coffee shop in Portland, OR. They have two locations, one of which has an expanded menu. They do all their baking in-house and have really good cardamom buns. Their matcha lattes are great. Ask for harvest moon, their house made sweetener/condensed milk.
