Pilot's Helmet Bag

I got the messenger style version of this Stutterheim bag which I've had long enough that I guess they don't make it anymore. If you're a backpack person, you're in luck though. And it's on sale. I love all the pockets and the lightly padded laptop section. It's worn pretty well for being a thin-ish nylon material.

However, a friend of mine informed me that this style of bag is called a "helmet bag" for pilots, and there are some super cool options by searching "vintage helmet bag".
