Charles Le Bel Inspiration 1818

This is my favorite champagne’s on current rotation that’s in a bit more of an affordable zone. 1818 was the founding year of the renowned champagne house Billecart-Salmon and this is a younger cuvée than their high grade ones. Small, fine bubbles, fresh peaches, plums, and a smooth crispy finish!
