Chocolate Weetbix Slice

I am not sure when I last ate Weetbix but a friend recently used it in a recipe, and I was intrigued. I tried the recipe below and loved it! Simple, tasty and not too sweet, I subbed the sultanas with cranberries and dates and added some seeds into the mix.
