This is my fall rain jacket for walking and most biking conditions. Full retail is steep but I was able snag mine (in a now-discontinued khaki green shade) at something like 50% off during a sale. The cut is not constrictive — key for the bike — and the length keeps my backside and legs dry. Pair with a waterproof boot.
