Wegmans’ Jamaican-style jerk marinade

I have never seen a better reviewed product on Wegmans’ website in all my years (anyone taking the time to comment there usually has a vendetta, bless their heart). Just spicy enough for the grownups but palatable for my 4 year old.

I like to throw chicken thighs in the marinade before work, come home and then air fry them at 400° for ~12 minutes. Serve the chicken alongside Wegmans’ canned Caribbean black beans and Trader Joe’s frozen Spanish rice and you have an excellent dinner with minimal prep.
