Best alarm clocks out there? Design forward, silent, and not bright. I want to keep my phone out of my bedroom at night.

I have this and love it. The ticking is somehow silent, and you press a button to illuminate the dial. It also comes in black and white too, I just love the green :)

What kind of green would you say it is IRL? Some pics I’ve seen show pea green or lime green!

So I have this, and love this, but after many years of use I remain flummoxed by the division of minutes between the hour marks. It's not 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes, and my brain stumbles when setting the alarm. Have you figured out the hashmarks yet?

Yeah, that is a slightly tricky thing about the design. I believe those marks just delineate minutes for the regular clock and don't mean anything for the alarm function (ex/ they don't denote 15, 30, 45, etc.) I just estimate my alarms by distance and err on the early side as a precaution. But not ideal if you want to set a very precise alarm!
