“I make this once, maybe twice a year, when little tomatoes are in season at the farmers market, and it makes me so happy. The best detail is cooking the farro is apple cider. I go a little heavier on the fresh herbs than the recipe recommends, and I recently added some roasted chickpeas for the you know what (protein).”
