Kimchi Chicken Lettuce Wraps

This recipe is one of my favorites from the NYT Cooking app and you get to bring out all of your favorite ceramics. It makes for an impressive spread, feeds a crowd and is REALLY easy to make. I set out a jar of chili crisp too (Maya Kaimal’s is my favorite), for a little added heat option.
