I'm a podcast story editor and I teach audio storytelling to college students. I always play them this episode as an example of how (counterintuitively) podcasting is an incredibly visual medium that relies on specificity of details. I've listened to it dozens of times and it never fails to move me. This is the line that always gets me: "15 years and that window meant nothing, and now it's all I think about"
