I wouldn’t call my coffee routine religious but I’ve yet to find anyone’s coffee - commercial shop or hotel -to beat my ridiculously good combination of fresh ground Heart of Darkness in a pour over. People over dramatize the work it takes for the method but I can’t think of 4 minutes of my day better spent.
