Alison Roman’s banana bread recipe

The best I’ve ever made. I didn’t realize I was out of butter until I already started, so I used the same measurement of coconut oil instead. Also used sour cream (convinced this is why its so moist!) and baked for 1hr 20min on the dot. it came out perfect!!!
