I need to buy some beautiful and very sturdy hooks for my entryway. My kids will be hanging their backpacks and coats on them, so I want to anticipate the weight of a high-schooler's backpack for the future. Gold/brass preferred but open to some whimsy. The rest of the space has green, black, and dark wood tones, but with white walls.

Checking the whimsical box with these IKEA hooks. We mounted these for backpacks and kids stuff, and loved them so much we bought again when we moved. Sturdy little workhorses with unexpected character.
