The melts, the nasal spray, I swear by both. You have to be rigorous and follow the directions. But zinc works wonders and this is the best vehicle I have found.

Second this! The gummies are the best tasting. You start taking this at the very whisper of a cold and I swear, you could go to bed and wake up the next day PERFECTLY FINE. Has worked miracles countless times for me.
