Ha ha same. On the protein front 1) Icelandic skyr yogurt-way more protein then greek ans tastes good! Full taste, not weird like added protein yogurts. Trader Joes has some good flavored versions ( I wish they also made plain) 2) Cottage Cheese- never had much luck cooking with it but in a bowl with tomatoes and everything but the bagel seasoning or with some type of chutney on top. As for weights, I keep a set of adjustable weights by the washing machine and do a few reps when I change the laundry. I hate workout clothes.
