After many years of being at the center of information flows at work, I hit 50 and am just… not “important” anymore? My younger colleagues are now mentoring the even younger ones. And the colleagues ahead of me are retiring. So after the grief of loosing community you can now just… be. I’m thinking Kristen Scott Thomas in season two of Fleabag… “the menopause… and then you’re just…. Free.”
