I almost bought a trendier carrier, but with this baby being my last and for how quickly they outgrow the soft buckle-wrap style, I decided to borrow the Embrace from a friend. What a perfect, functional design! Find one of these secondhand and splurge on a nice looking structured carrier for phase II instead.

Thank you! How long do you think you’ll use the embrace for? Any recs for phase 2?

The embrace can be used up to 25 lbs, so it could be useful through baby’s first year! For phase 2, I want to try the Mabe Monarch. I used the Ergobaby Omni with my first for a long time and it’s a solid choice, especially for back carrying. :)
