Cycled through a few things and these days this is the key to keeping flareups at bay. Rx only but even your PCP can prescribe it!

Thank you!!! There is a brief period in the climate where I live that I am not dealing with redness. Def will give this a try this winter.

None. That said, I’m not a person who tends to have side effects for whatever reason.

I tend to have all of the side effects lol but I'm def looking into this. I've got to get my tomato face under control.

I use rx azelaic acid (cream, 20%) for my rosacea too—i have cery sensitive/reactive skin and have personally had no problems with a.a. It has been the only thing to keep my rosacea manageable!
