this newsletter always makes my day, week, life better. sits at the intersection of design/art, philosophy, culture and reality (unafraid to talk about how fucking scary the climate crisis is).
free to subscribe, paid helps sustain the work vs make a big tech company closer to their VC overlord's benchmarks.

Today Rec League was in Dense Discovery!
"A mix of a bookmarking tool and a social network, Rec League helps you file the things you rate into small collections – travel tips, books, products, events, or the tabs you can’t bring yourself to close. You can follow people whose taste you trust. There’s a public/shareable page and email subscribers for each curator, and an option to paywall some recs. Apps like this always risk becoming just another vector for consumption, but I do like the idea of following someone’s taste."

“This newsletter is how I heard about Rec League, and it’s the only newsletter that I actually consistently read in the pile of emails, articles, podcasts, etc. that I seem to get buried under each week. If you enjoy Rec League, I think you’d enjoy this newsletter too. It feels like a bright spot on the Internet, much like here.”

“Couldn’t agree more! I actually look forward to reading this each week, read the whole thing, and consistently find great recommendations and articles within it.”

“One of the most thoughtful newsletters out there”
