Imogen Cunningham Ideas Without End

Imogen Cunningham was a contemporary of Ansel Adam’s (they were both in the f.64 club) but she was a far more interesting individual. I love reading excerpts of her letters expressing relatable frustrations of trying to be an artist and parent at the same time. She helped push the boundaries of what was considered art in the then oft overlooked practice of photography.

Also, it’s illustrated, because I need pictures to hold my interest in a book these days.
