Celery recipes for people who hate celery? Every time I get a bunch in my CSA it’s ENORMOUS. I always freeze most of it to use in veg stock, but would love other recipes to use it up that don’t result in something that tastes overwhelmingly of celery (🤢)
I first had this dish at Bar Goto, an amazing Japanese cocktail bar in NY. Incredibly simple and has no business being as good as it is. They put out the recipe on Bon Appetit.
