email + retention marketing

HELP! I need inspiration/ideas for part-time work (I'm talking only 1-2 days a week) that involve sitting at my computer without talking to a human (messages/emails are ok)! I enjoy + have experience in admin, operations, sales + comms within industries including IT, retail, music + hospitality for both large companies and tiny startups. I also have a bachelor's degree (sociology/media majors). My current job is very much about being irl with people all the time, which I love, but as an autistic + ADHD diva with various health things, I need to balance that out by going non-verbal at my desk from home.
