Where should we go on a summer weekend girls trip? “We” = three over-worked gal pals desperate for a trip where we can catch up, do low key fun activities, and eat delicious things that meet the dietary restrictions of one particularly sensitive stomach (no gluten, no tree nuts, no stone fruit, oh my!). We're based in NYC and can only afford to take a weekend (or long weekend) off. We love vintage shopping, bakery / taco crawling, and dancing. Full disclosure I did submit this exact blurb to NYT Magazine for a vacation rec column they’running and they did not choose it. I’m not bitter!
