James Turrell changes the way you see the sky. It can be a profound experience to have your perception shifted. I’ve only seen the smaller pieces but this video makes me want to do an art road trip to experience the Roden Crater.

There is one in Green Mountain Falls - a cute little town in Colorado that has a lot of public art.:)

I’ve never been outside of Denver. Colorado is on my wish list. I’ve seen museum installations but the only skyscrape I’ve experienced is at the De Young in San Francisco. It’s not as big as the crater but still a spectacular place to watch the sky. Thanks for the rec!
