Cavalier in Chinatown

I had the divine chance to dine at Cavalier on their first night open, and it was truly something special!

The interior is truly a highlight - I loved the star studded (literally) bar, the silver ceiling. The staff were so great. I had one of the best orange wines I’ve ever had, paired with a liver mousse that slapped. The food was sort of Turkish meets French.

If you’re looking for a charming night in Chinatown, Cavalier is the spot and you better go before it’s impossible to get a res.
