chips and salsa margarita at a tí

for my fellow savory cocktail people, this drink is INSANE. I will even forgive the molecular gastronomy foam element because it is so delicious. tomatillos, lime, jalapeño, cilantro, “salty corn air”… it really tastes like the most delicious, zesty, spicy chips and salsa, but also with alcohol. inject it into my veins!!!
