I just made my annual gyno appointment and the scheduler reminded me that there will likely be a wait because the practice also covers obstetrics. Say less. I’m in menopause and will gladly read a book in the waiting room all afternoon if necessary.

Yes! I try not to take my phone out when I'm in a waiting situation. Even if that means I need to pull a David Puddy on the flight back from Europe and just sit there. Staring into the abyss and zoning out is underrated.
