Chicken Marbella

I grew up eating this, and I still love it. Is it quirky? Sure is. When else would you willingly eat prunes with olives? White wine and brown sugar? It is perfect over a seasoned rice. The chicken is great cold, on sandwiches, the next day. Part of you will want to drink the extra sauce. None of these reactions are weird… Unless you hate it, which would be weird since it’s an absolute crowd pleaser and comfort food.
