Ocean's Eleven (2001)
Took my kids to see this in the theater today (a truly outstanding Father’s Day Activity) and was reminded of why it’s is on my short list of movies I consider basically perfect—stylish, effortlessly cool, perfectly paced, and just so much fun, with a cast that’s like the 1927 Yankees.

“I'm gonna get out of the car and I'm gonna drop you like third-period French. My favorite movie of all time. So simply plotted, so tightly paced, so perfect to watch when I get nervous on airplanes. Does he make you laugh? He doesn’t make me cry!!! A bevy of banger performances (Carl Reiner! Bernie Mac! Andy Garcia aura farming!) and the worst accent ever committed to film. The reason I stay vigil”

“Perfect pacing, great performances, Julia Roberts!!!!! This is one of my mom's favorite movies and she famously (to me) has the best taste in movies. Stay tuned for more #SueBabyPicks”
