Great Barrington Bagel

Hands down the best bagels in the vicinity. I have tried them all. It's not even close. From their website "Our bagels are prepared the traditional way - then they are boiled and finally baked in a 500 degree oven. This produces a dense crust with a chewy interior - the way they're supposed to be!"
