My keys and all the other random crap I carry around mean my pocket liners are the first things to fail on my pants, and they’re usually worn through in a way that sewing the hole shut is impractical, and new holes reappear next to the repair. Iron-on mending tape has served me really well though. Super easy to apply, and made of more durable material than the pocket liner itself (but still flexible and not noticeable unless you feel for it). I’ve linked to the one I have but I imagine any will work.
Bonus rec: if the worn spot is big enough and you don’t want to inadvertently iron your pocket shut you can just slip a piece of parchment paper in the pocket while ironing.
