Doona Stroller & Car Seat Game Changer

Before I had my daughter, I couldn’t comprehend the brilliance of a stroller that is also a car seat. Then, we had our baby and everything changed forever, etc etc. The Doona was BY FAR the most useful travel item in our family from 0-2…(we pushed our use to 2.5!) Since it’s pricey, I’ll just say, it’s a stellar hand-me-down or secondhand friend gift. FYI it doesn’t have an undercarriage, so we just added hooks for the diaper bag!

Okay clear something up for me because I’ve been doona-curious because we travel a lot. Don’t they tap out at 32inches? Was your baby tiny? Our guy is 27inches at 5months so I’ve been hesitant to bite the bullet!

GREAT q: follow the rules of course, of course, it’s family/child dependent, obviously. But if it helps…we were unphased and used it until she was like 2 yrs 4 mos, because she was under 30 pounds and even though she was 33-ish inches her legs weren’t like SQUISHED against backseats yet.) Mind you, by two yrs old, you can go front facing and kiddos tend to get more car sick, so we were phasing it out around then anyway.
