Drying racks can be sexy too. Let’s start with: a drying rack is a pitstop for dishes, a loading/unloading zone, not additional cabinet space. Next: This drying rack is sturdy and balances half sink / half countertop, it doesn’t have fabric that gets soaked or cost $150 like the Dorai (which of course, I tried - it got moldy). This one is simple in design, and rolls up when you’re done using it. Some people might insist, “I’m never done using my drying rack” to which I say, it sounds like your drying rack is using you.

“Perfect for drying dishes when you hate clutter on the counter — it rolls out right over the sink and tucks away when you’re done.”

“I have the Food52 version of this that they don’t seem to sell anymore but same idea. Also ideal for watering house plants and letting the runoff drip over the sink.”
