Owners of a 70+ father rise UP…looking for birthday gift recs for my dad who “doesn’t want anything and doesn’t need anything” (🤪). Like a classic dad, he loves world history, loves a comfortable chair, LL BEAN, slippers, birding, and fixing things. He lives in Maine and loves type 2 fun, but not THAT much because he’s (his words) “getting old”. He’s about to go on a road trip out west in US with brother…any ideas for a nice birthday gift or road trip gift? 🤟

I got my dad this leather jacket from quince for his 70th birthday. My dad is a classic “no gifts” and “what the hell did you get me this for?” He’s never owned anything like it before, but he looks so cool in it and loves it!

This might be good for a trip out west, or maybe he would like a different type of jacket more his birding/ LL bean vibe (Suede? Barn jacket?) idk you can never have too many jackets!
