The Only Rec That Matters: Tara Brach

Liz

“Tara Brach is the white buddhist lady who has changed my life (and the lives of countless friends) 1000x over. She wrote a book, leads meditations, and hosts retreats but I really, really love her podcasts. I made a playlist with my favorites.”

Hannah

“I did a self-lead meditation retreat at home and pretty much exclusively listened to Tara.”
